Flexibility is an important part of dancing. Even if you aren’t a break dancer, doing less physically demanding dancing still requires you to have a certain level of flexibility in your shoulders, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles. Imagine partner dancing in Salsa…you certainly need some shoulder flexibility in those turns! Must be good to prevent creaky joints, right?

Let’s face it, dancing (in front of others, or event in front of yourself) can be challenging.
